Applicator Block for Ceramic Sealing

The Liquid Elements Applicator Block is a two-layer application block used to apply ceramic coatings to surfaces such as Liquid Elements Eco Shield or Base Coat 9H using application cloths such as Liquid Elements Scatter. The block consists of a very soft black foam side, which also acts as a buffer, and a hard yellow foam-rubber mixture on the other side for good grip during processing.

To use the applicator block, a special application microfiber cloth (Scatter) is required, which is placed on the black underside of the Liquid Elements Applicator Block and overlaid on the top of the block. This ensures the best possible application of a ceramic coating.

• Very gentle on the surface due to a soft foam underside
• Very good firm hold due to a firm foam rubber mixture

Application:

1. Wrap applicator block with microfiber application cloth
2. Apply ceramic coating to the wrapped cloth
3. Place the block with the soft black side down on the surface
4. Work the surface with the block and the wrapped application cloth in a cross pattern

Notes:

• The microfiber application cloth used should be replaced regularly depending on the degree of contamination. Approximately 1-4 cloths are required for 1 layer of ceramic for a complete vehicle.
• The applicator block can still be used after the microfiber application cloths have been used. Only the black soft foam should be thoroughly washed with hot water after the application is complete.
• Do not use microfiber cloths if they are contaminated/contaminated, for example if they accidentally came into contact with the ground during application.
