Replacement Carbon Brushes

Our replacement carbon brushes are suitable for all eccentric polishing machines from Liquid Elements. The exchange of the carbon brushes takes place via the lateral flaps left and right of the respective polishing machine. The cable of the carbon brushes is pulled off from the respective connection point and the old carbon is thus removed. To insert the new carbon brush into the Liquid Elements polishing machine, the cable is plugged back into the connection point and the carbon is placed in the machine. The replacement carbon brushes have an average lifespan of about 350 hours of pure usage. This corresponds to a preparation of about 50 vehicles. Here, the correct use and handling of the polishing machine is assumed, as the lifespan of the replacement carbon brushes can otherwise vary greatly. Scope of delivery
