The Liquid Elements KERAMIKIT serves as the ideal protection of your vehicle.
The lower layer of the Base Coat 9H provides an enormous degree of hardness, the Eco Shield as the upper layer for extreme gloss and a smooth hydrophobic surface.

Liquid Elements ECO Shield High-End Ceramic Coating 50ml

The Eco Shield from Liquid Elements is the market leader in the field of ceramic coatings. The ceramic coating is easy to apply and offers a service life of up to 2 years (with 2 layers) depending on the stress. It is a solvent-free (VOC-Free) formula, which means that only the pure active ingredient is used here. A mixture of silicon and carbon components ensures an extremely resistant coating, which can be applied to paint, glass, foil, metal as well as to unpainted plastics and all other conceivable surfaces. The included sealant provides an incredible depth of color, as well as a very beautiful shine. However, no artificial shine is created, so the Eco Shield can also be applied to matt lacquers or matt films without creating artificial shine. The Eco Shield is characterized by excellent water-repellent properties during beading (water beading behavior) and sheeting (water drainage behavior), as well as the excellent protective properties.

Application:

Before application, the paint should be washed, clayed and prepared in the best possible condition. Of course, each user can define the best possible condition for himself, it depends on the individual satisfaction. After polishing, the paint should be degreased again with IPA. Then the application can begin.

1. Place scatter application cloth around an applicator block yellow and drip 5-6 drops of Eco Shield on it.
2. Distribute neatly on an area of about 80x80cm, so that a closed layer is formed.
3. Leave on for at least 30 seconds to a maximum of 5 minutes (depending on temperature and humidity).
4. With an Eraser microfiber cloth, carefully remove all residues so that nothing is visible on the paint.
5. If necessary, repeat the process after 30 minutes (max three shifts possible)
6. After 30 minutes, another layer of Eco Shield can be applied

We recommend 2-3 layers to ensure optimal performance and long service life. After the last layer, the product should "cure" for at least 8 hours and should not be exposed to external influences. Our recommendation: Do not use the paint for at least 12-24 hours and leave the car dry.

In damp weather conditions, the ventilation time may be slightly longer after application or between layers.

Notes:

• Only use in well-lit rooms to ensure residue-free removal
• 50ml is sufficient for about 3 - 9 vehicles depending on the number of layers
• Do not apply on hot surfaces

• Shelf life of open container approx. 2 years with cool storage
• The ambient temperature during application and curing should be at least +10°C, optimal is 20°C

Liquid Elements Base Coat 9H Ceramic Coating

The Base Coat 9H is a ceramic coating with the main function of forming a very hard surface (9H), which lies over the vehicle parts. Due to the extremely complex and high-quality formulation, in which only 98% active ingredients are used, an extremely hard ceramic coating is applied to the vehicle outdoor area, which offers a very long protection. This product is highly recommended in combination with the Liquid Elements Eco Shield. In this combination, the applied Base Coat 9H provides a hard, shiny surface with which the Eco Shield can form a perfect connection. In the second step, the Eco Shield serves for a highly hydrophobic, smooth and also even shinier surface.You get extensive protection against scratches and other defective, an enormous shine, as well as a strongly beading, smooth and hydrophobic surface.With the combination of Eco Shield and Base Coat 9H, dirt and grime have little chance of adhering to the vehicle surface and can be removed very easily. The car wash has never been so easy, fast and paint-protecting at the same time.

Application:

Liquid Elements Scatter Applicator for Ceramic Coating 10 pcs.

Scatter is the perfect helper for the wafer-thin application of ceramic coatings, such as the Liquid Elements Eco Shield and the Base Coat 9H. The scatter application cloths consist of a premium microfiber, which consist of only a single web of fabric, which are intertwined in straight webs and then pressed. This process creates a flat and durable microfiber that develops a very fine and soft surface and is therefore suitable for sensitive work.

The Scatter Microfiber Cloth is placed on the black bottom of the Liquid Elements Applicator Block and placed on top of each other at the top of the block. This ensures a perfect hold to apply a ceramic coating with the scatter. The ceramic coating should be applied with the scatter in the cloister (from top to bottom and from left to right). After the successful use of the scatter application cloths, they should be disposed of and not used again.

Application:

Notes:

• The scatter cloth should be replaced regularly during application depending on the degree of soiling. For 1 layer of ceramics for a complete vehicle, about 1-4 cloths are needed.

Liquid Elements Eraser Microfiber Cloth 40x40cm 250GSM

The Eraser Microfiber Cloth is specially designed to remove the excess when applying ceramic coatings after processing, such as the Liquid Elements Eco Shield and the Base Coat 9H. Due to the special microfiber structure, the Eraser has a very soft and flexible fiber, which at the same time ensures a strong performance and precise absorption of ceramic excesses without having to remove too many ceramic components or damage the surface. In addition, the thin fiber structure guarantees a grippy feeling in order to be able to build up the necessary pressure on the surface.

Application:

1. Knock out cloth strongly
2. Fold the Eraser and place it on the treated surface
3. Wipe off the coarse excess of the ceramic coating in a web
4. Turn the cloth over and put it back on the surface
5. Wipe off any remaining surpluses of the ceramic coating completely without pressure until no residues can be seen
   
   
    

Notes:

• No "normal" cloths should be used for the shield system, as the perfect removal of ceramic coatings can only be ensured with the Eraser.
• Washable at up to 60°C in the washing machine (preferably with microfiber detergent)
• Knock out the cloth after the washing process and hang it to dry (a tumble dryer can also be used in the gentle cycle for microfiber cloths)
• Do not continue to use microfiber cloths if they are dirty / contaminated, for example if they have had contact with the ground by chance when used.

Liquid Elements Applicator Block

The Liquid Elements Applicator Block is a two-layer application block to apply ceramic coatings to surfaces such as the Liquid Elements Eco Shield or the Base Coat 9H with the help of application cloths such as the Liquid Elements Scatter. The block consists of a very soft black foam side, which also serves as a buffer, and a hard yellow foam-rubber mixture on the other side for good grip during processing.

To use the applicator block, a special application microfiber cloth (scatter) is required, which is placed on the black underside of the Liquid Elements applicator block and placed on top of each other at the top of the block. Thus, the application of a ceramic coating is guaranteed in the best possible way.

Application:

1. Fold the block applicator with microfiber application cloth
2. Apply ceramic coating to the folded cloth
3. Place the block on the surface with the soft black side facing down
4. Work the surface with the block and the wrapped application cloth in the cloister

Notes:

• The microfiber application cloth used should be replaced regularly during application, depending on the degree of contamination. For 1 layer of ceramics for a complete vehicle, about 1-4 cloths are needed.
• The application block can still be used contrary to the microfiber application cloths used. Only the black soft foam should be thoroughly washed out with hot water after completion of use.
• Do not continue to use microfiber cloths if they are dirty / contaminated, for example if they have had contact with the ground by chance when used.
