Clean Coins can only be earned and redeemed by retail customers.

There are plenty of ways to earn Clean Coins:

• Every purchase: Earn 1 Clean Coin for every €1 you spend.
• Get involved: Earn additional Coins by following us on Instagram or creating a customer account.
• Birthday bonus: We’ll treat you to a generous amount of Clean Coins every year on your birthday.

Your Clean Coins will be displayed in your customer account after 14 days.

Log in to your customer account to see your current Clean Coin balance and all available rewards. Simply choose the reward you want and follow the instructions to add it directly to your cart.

Yes. Your Clean Coins expire after 12 months of inactivity. “Activity” means any action that changes your points balance, such as making a purchase or redeeming a reward.

But don’t worry – we’ll send you an email before your Coins expire, giving you plenty of time to redeem them.

That depends on how you earned them. Points for activities such as creating an account or following us on social media are credited immediately.
