Germany:

Shipping costs for retail customers within Germany are €4.50.
For orders over €75 (retail customers) and €250 (business customers), these shipping costs are waived for DHL standard shipping, and delivery is free of charge.

Germany Express:

  • Orders 0 kg – 30 kg: €14.90
  • Orders 30 kg – 80 kg: €44.90
  • Orders 80 kg – 120 kg: €79.90

International:

Shipping costs and free shipping thresholds for EU countries differ from the German shipping rates.

International: Malta, Cyprus

  • Orders 0 kg – 20 kg: €39.90
  • Orders 20 kg – 40 kg: €64.90
  • Orders 40 kg – 60 kg: €94.90

Shipping

We ship domestically exclusively with DHL Parcel and UPS Express.  Shipping takes place Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

We deliver our products to the following countries:
Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, France, Finland, England, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Luxembourg, Malta, Norway, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Lithuania, Liechtenstein, Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia.

Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the product description, delivery within Germany takes 1–3 business days.
Deliveries to EU countries take a maximum of 7 days.
If you order several items with different delivery times in one order, we will ship the goods together unless otherwise agreed with you.
In this case, the delivery time for the entire shipment will be based on the item with the longest delivery time.
The delivery period begins once payment has been received in our bank account or PayPal account.
Deliveries are only made on business days (Monday–Friday), excluding public holidays.

Our DHL Express shipping conditions are as follows:

  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM: If you place your order on a business day before 12:00 PM, your package will be handed over to DHL Express on the same day.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 PM: Orders received after 12:00 PM will be handed over to DHL Express on the next business day.

Please note that these times only apply on business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next business day.
