Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

We’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.

In this role, you’ll support our sales team with day-to-day operations, assist customers by phone and email, and make sure that quotations, orders and internal processes run smoothly and reliably.

Your Responsibilities

  • Assist and advise our customers by phone and email
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Handle customer enquiries and orders
  • Maintain customer master data and sales-related information
  • Support order processing, deadline monitoring and internal coordination
  • Contact existing and potential new customers by phone
  • Coordinate with Purchasing, Warehouse, Accounting and Field Sales
  • Handle general commercial and administrative tasks within Inside Sales

Your Profile

  • Completed vocational training in a commercial field, e.g. office management, industrial management, wholesale and foreign trade, or a comparable qualification
  • Initial experience in a commercial role, inside sales or customer service is an advantage
  • Confident user of MS Office
  • Enjoy working and communicating with customers
  • Structured, accurate and reliable approach to work
  • Strong communication skills and a professional manner
  • Team-oriented mindset
